COMMISSIONS

USE & REGULATIONS

> Commissions are for personal use only. You may use my artwork as profile pictures/banners, etc. (with credit @kailynvrse). You may not use my work for profit. 

> Posting and sharing my work is allowed, with credit @kailynvrse.

> Running my work through AI is prohibited.

> Tracing or altering my work is prohibited.

> Do not remove my signature/watermark from my work. 

> I reserve the right to cancel and refund any requests that promote hateful messaging, discrimination, bigotry, or abuse.

> I reserve the right to cancel and refund any requests that fail to adhere to the guidelines and limitations of the listing. Please ensure that when requesting a commission, you apply via the correct listing, and select the appropriate add-ons.

TURNAROUND TIME & REVISION EXPECTATIONS

> Each commission type is listed with a maximum turnaround time, which will begin as soon as the request is submitted. 

> Each commission type is listed with a number of available revision stages. You will receive (via email) a progress update for each stage, after which you may request minor/reasonable changes. The amount or type of changes are dependent on the specific stage.

> Sketch Revision: You may request slight alterations to the character's pose, position of limbs, proportions, etc. 

> Lineart Revision: You may request slight alterations to minor details, etc. 

> Colour Revision: You may request changes to colour placement, saturation, hue, etc.

> Requests for major changes are subject to additional charges at the artist's discretion.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

> You can cancel an order at any time BEFORE receiving the final artwork.

> You are only eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.

> If I am unable to complete the commission within the agreed turnaround time, you will receive a 10% refund, along with the completed work.

> If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, you will receive a refund based on the amount of work I have completed on your commission.

On Commissions with NO revision stages.

> If you cancel a request after the first 24 hours have passed, you are eligible for a 50% refund. 

On Commissions WITH revision stages. 

> If you cancel before the first revision stage, you will receive a 75% refund.

> If you cancel after the SKETCH revision stage, you will receive a 50% refund. 

> If you cancel after the LINEART revision stage, you will receive a 25% refund.

> If you cancel after the FLAT COLOURS revision stage, you will receive a 15% refund.
